HOTEL & LODGE

When is the Welk Resort open?
The Welk Resort Branson is open year- round, for hotel and lodge nightly rental. The indoor section of our indoor/outdoor water attraction, The Splash-A-Torium is open year -round. Some aspects of the resort (gift shop, theatre, and restaurant), are seasonal, so please ask your reservation specialist for seasonal hours.

What are the Check-in/check-out times?
CHECK IN: After 4:00 PM on your assigned check-in day.
CHECK OUT: Before 10:00 AM on your assigned check-out day.

Are you close to The Strip? (Hwy 76)
The Welk Resort is conveniently located just 3 miles south of the intersection of Hwy 165 and Hwy 76.

Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets, but welcome service animals for disabled guests.

Are there smoking rooms?
The Welk Resort Hotel and Lodges are non-smoking buildings, but there are designated smoking areas outside. If you would like a room close to outside access, please ask a reservation specialist for availability. Lodge guests are asked to smoke outside and use the provided ashtrays.

Is your resort ADA compliant?
Yes. We are very proud of being able to accommodate guests who need ADA compliant rooms. Please speak to our reservation specialist in regards to ADA compliant rooms that are available. Also, our on- site water attraction, The Splash-A-Torium, has a lift station for our handicapped guests.

What are the parking arrangements?
The Welk Resort has ample free parking, including parking for larger vehicles, boats, trailers, RVs and motor homes in designated areas. Ask at Guest Services for instructions on parking.

Do you have laundry facilities?
The Hotel has coin operated laundry facilities. Lodge rooms come with a washer and dryer.

Do you have Concierge service? How can I get tickets to shows and area attractions?
Our Concierge Staff is located in the Hotel Lobby daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They will work with you during your stay to see that you have all the information and assistance you need to take advantage of Resort activities and to explore all the attractions Branson and the Ozarks have to offer. They will happily share tips of the best dining, entertainment, shopping and sightseeing excursions. They can provide information on local services, events and specialties as well as discount tickets. Our Concierge Desk has area maps, sightseeing tours and schedule information, restaurant menus and brochures of area attractions. Let us assist you with your reservations! We're also glad to help you check on your travel and airline confirmations.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is offered free to our guests. Ask at check-in for the security password. In addition, we do have computer work stations in the hotel and owner's lounge for your convenience.

Will my lodge be cleaned daily?
Lodge stays do not include daily cleaning service, however if you desire your lodge to be cleaned during your stay we do offer that service for a fee of $50. One mid-week clean is included for a 7 night stay. We gladly offer towel exchange at any time during your stay.

Are Cribs available?
Yes. They are free of charge, but they are on a first come/first serve basis and subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee the availability of a crib or pack-n-play.

Can we get a rollaway in our lodge room?
Due to fire code regulations, we cannot offer rollaways.

How many guests can we have in our room?
The maximum allowable occupancy in a lodge unit for visitation or entertainment is sixteen (16) persons in a two bedroom unit and eight (8) in a one bedroom unit. The entertainment occupancy includes all registered guest(s) and children.
 The maximum occupancy in a hotel room 5 people.

What cooking utensils do you stock in the lodges?
Each lodge unit comes fully equipped with most of the utensils you would have for your kitchen at home.

Do you offer shuttle service?
We do not have shuttle service, but our Concierge will be happy to arrange service with a local shuttle company. Please dial 107 for service.


SPLASH-A-TORIUM

How much does it cost to go to The Splash-A-Torium?
It's free! All guests of the Welk Resort have unlimited use of The Splash-A-Torium.

What are the hours?
The Splash-A-Torium is open during the following hours...

Every Day: 10:00am - 10:00pm

The water slide is open from 11:00am to 9:00pm.

All hours are subject to change.
Please ask a reservation specialist about hours during your stay.

How old do my kids need to be to use the Splash-A-Torium?
Children of all ages are welcome, but all children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There are some restrictions for use of the slide and for children still in diapers. (SEE BELOW)

Is there a height requirement for the slide?
Yes. All riders must be at least 42" tall.

What is your policy concerning children still in diapers?
For the safety and health of all of our guests, The Welk Resort requires all children in diapers to wear resort approved swim diapers. These are re-usable, health department approved diapers that minimize the risk of spreading bacteria. The brand and model of approved diapers is: SWIM-STERS, re-usable swim diaper. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT "LITTLE SWIMMER" TYPE SWIM DIAPERS ARE NOT COMPLIANT. Please check at your local store for this brand, or we have approved diapers for sale at the resort. They can be washed and re-used for the duration of your stay. Please ask at the front desk or one of our Spalsh-A-Torium assistants for details.

What is your dress code?
Traditional swimwear is required. No provocative or thong swimsuits, clothing with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments. No long pants or cut-off shorts.

Is The Splash-A-Torium ADA compliant?
Yes. We are glad to offer a lift station for handicapped guests at our indoor pool. Please see a pool attendant for information.

Is there poolside drink and food service?
Yes. Our Stage Door Restaurant offers a pool specific menu, including refreshing frozen drinks. You can use a resort phone to dial 160. Menus are provided at the tables.

How do I get involved with the activities around the resort?
Check the Concierge Desk daily for the Resort Activities schedule. Some activities are limited in number so please sign up in advance. There is a small fee for some activities.


GIFT SHOP

Is there a Gift Shop?
Yes. The Welk Resort Gift Shop has a great selection of gift items, as well as a fantastic array of Lawrence Welk Show memorabilia, CD's and DVD's, books and tapes.

RESTAURANT

What are your hours?
The Stage Door Restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. from April to December. Hours are seasonal, so please ask a reservation specialist for information on hours during your stay.

Do you have buffet dining?
The Stage Door Restaurant offers a fantastic breakfast buffet and seasonal buffets throughout the year. Please ask a reservation specialist about buffet information during your stay.

Can I get a discount to your restaurant?
Absolutely. Please ask a front desk assistant about offers and discounts during your stay.

Do you have a bar?
The Stage Door Lounge, located inside our restaurant provides great cocktails and beverages every day during business hours.

Do you have room and poolside service?

THEATRE

What are the show times and hours of operation?
The Welk Resort Theatre hosts events, concerts, musical productions and entertainment year round, but events are seasonal and subject to different hours. Please click here to see our current schedule and show times.

Is there handicapped seating?
